Terms and Conditions

1. Booking and Payments: A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your booking. The remaining balance is due on the day of the shoot/event. Payments can be made via cash, check, or electronic transfer.

2. Cancellation Policy: If you need to cancel or reschedule your session, please notify us at least 48 hours in advance. Failure to do so may result in the forfeiture of your deposit.

3. Copyright and Usage: All images captured by us are the property of Ovalle Photography Group and may be used for promotional purposes unless otherwise agreed upon. Clients are not permitted to edit or use the images for commercial purposes without prior consent.

4. Image Delivery: Edited images will be delivered to clients within 3 weeks after the shoot/event. Clients will receive a digital gallery from which they can download their images.

5. Client Cooperation: Clients are expected to cooperate during the shoot/event to ensure the best possible outcome. This includes following instructions, being punctual, and providing any necessary information or props.

6. Liability: Ovalle Photography Group is not liable for any injuries, damages, or losses that occur during the shoot/event. Clients are responsible for their own safety and the safety of their belongings.
